1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uuok ("uuok", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the uuok website at uuok.games and all associated services, games, and features.

By completing the registration process on uuok, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of uuok regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the uuok app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

2 Eligibility

To register and use uuok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

uuok reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, uuok may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on uuok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering on uuok, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change — particularly your payment method or contact information — you must update your uuok account promptly. uuok cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
• uuok may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Deposits

uuok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on uuok is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though uuok may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

Deposits are credited to your uuok account balance in real time once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. uuok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network issues outside of uuok's control.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the account suspended.
• uuok does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your uuok balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on uuok are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Most withdrawals are completed within three hours during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.

Before your first withdrawal, uuok may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud.

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• uuok reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal operating hours may be processed the following business day.
• uuok does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

uuok offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Current Offers page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all uuok promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your uuok account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• uuok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting loopholes — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on uuok are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet on any game on uuok, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

uuok uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems and, for applicable games, provably fair algorithms to ensure that all game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Game results are final once a round is completed. uuok will not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, uuok reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• uuok is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on uuok and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account on uuok.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through uuok.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uuok staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's uuok account without authorisation.

uuok actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, uuok reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuok account credentials, including your username and password. uuok strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

• Do not share your uuok login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• uuok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact uuok support immediately and change your password.
• uuok cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

10 Privacy

uuok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on uuok, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. uuok does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

uuok may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the service. All data is stored securely and protected by SSL encryption.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Closure

uuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• uuok is required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements are resolved.

13 Limitation of Liability

uuok provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While uuok makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, uuok does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• uuok is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• uuok is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• uuok's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
